Some crap never addressed, Air Correction jets/passages. Often times persons just remove the easy stuff and rattlecan an aerosol can thru holes and call it good, this often doesn't suffice. This is a similar "early" single Main jet Keihin, Yours has Two mains. Casting is the same but not drilled for the Primary main closest to the butterfly, identical in checking procedure though. If these Main galley air correction jet or passages are plugged you'll end up with a super rich mixture. Also if you used a powerful ultrasonic machine make sure the passage plug ball didn't fall out as shown in picture #1. Main stuff shown in Red, pilot in Blue. When i do these i powerwash 1000psi thru all the passages, removes crap, doesn't just slather it with chemicals

A couple more things. Because they don't have an overflow tube on these, ya never would be able to tell if float needle and seats are actually sealing dynamically. Static setting initially isn't the real world. Never have seen person's mentioning the replacement of the pressed-in float seats but it can be done if that's found to be the issue, do it all the time. And..make sure your intake duct to airbox doesn't cover the fuel chamber
atmospheric hole in casting! Same thing, they will flood-out.
